KEEP LEARNING and KEEP HAVING FUN

      In this generation, childrens are already dealing with bullying, discrimination, violence, abuse, and exploitation and other forms of it. And all of this it became an eye-opener for us on how fragile and delicate we are, and we deserve to be loved and taken with utmost care. So, seminars, dissemination campaigns, activities have been initiated by different schools to let teachers, learners and everyone knows their do's and don'ts in dealing with learner and to make our school friendly to all of us. 

     Vigan City, Ilocos Sur, the Department of Education launched a Happy Schools Movement to boost the implementing of K-12 basic education curriculum here in Ilocos Province.

      Happy Schools Movement have been launched to promote schools as a better place and fun place to study. And in this year, the event was held in Vigan Convention Center last May 20, 219 and it was themed "Paaralang Masayang Maglingkod, Tagumpay ng Bata'y Itaguyod".

      Happy Schools foosters a child-friendly atmosphere among all learners. The creation of an environment where learners can voice-out and fully express themselves as well as promote learning in an easy yet effective way of learning is the core of this movement. 

Through this kind of program the attention of the youths created a happy and positive school culture. 

      It was a great experience to have a movement like these in every schools, because the students can learn that we also need to have fun and enjoy our life being a student. So keep learning and keep having fun.
